It produces distinctly sweet berries, and many consider it to be the tastiest, most flavorful thornless blackberry that the USDA (or anyone else) has ever introduced. Triple Crown is a semi-erect, thornless bush, and unlike the typical Arkansas thornless blackberry varieties, it has an unmistakable trailing growth characteristic. Its fruit matures later in the season than most of the Arkansas thornless varieties, and it sustains a nice, long ripening period (5 weeks) for many days of fruitful picking. \u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003eTriple Crown Blackberry has grown very successfully on both the East and West coasts.
