It's only been a couple weeks planted and it's got plenty of new growth despite the temperatures being between the 30's and 50's. I did have to trim off a couple girdling roots (i.e. they had wrapped around the base of the plant and would have strangled it in the future). Gave it a big hole in a very protected area of the yard, sheltered by a nearby porch but with plenty of room to grow.
