I was happy with the evergreen leaves as the plant is very lush and has a nice shape, but I was pleasantly surprised when it began to bloom. I have other camellias, and they have few, small flowers … this one has been blooming for three weeks now and it still has so many buds to go. I hope to buy another of the same. I have mine in an extra large container in a sheltered location. The flowers start small before opening up. Some even survived the rain.--------------------------------------Wow!
