From late spring to mid summer, fragrant white flowers with a lemon scent appear in the leaf axils along the arching stems, contrasting nicely with the glossy, dark green leaves. The foliage compliments all other plants nearby and is nice for cutting and use in flower arrangements. Low maintenance and easy to grow, this plant is excellent as an accent plant in partially to heavily shaded small garden spaces or in groupings or massed where space allows.
