Heritage produces tall, rugged canes with vigorous, upright growth, and it \"suckers\" (spreads) rapidly, quickly enhancing both the size of the bush itself as well as the potential quantities of harvestable berries. As it has an everbearing fruiting habit, the plants produce berries on old canes that ripen in early summer, and on new canes that ripen from late summer until frost, which is relatively late compared to some other varieties. I have only called the company once, and they answered my question, were extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk with. Pricing was great, no more Home Depot or Lowe's.
