The flower show begins in early summer when large rounded clusters of pinkish purple-mauve flowers rise above the foliage mound held on strong and sturdy stems that don't flop, which makes them great for fresh or dried cut flowers. A rebloomer, the flower clusters continue coming through the rest of the summer and to the first frost in fall.
