The flowers of Irrational Exuberance are composed of petals that are broadly edged in white and quickly change into brilliantly contrasting deep rosy red at its heart. Deep green foliage on a weeping mound to about 4 to 5 feet tall and 5 to 6 feet serves as a perfect backdrop to the exuberant flowers, which are excellent for cutting and use in flower arrangements.
