It forms an upright, well-behaved, non-spreading clump up to 30 inches tall and wide with stems clothed in lance-shaped, finely toothed, deep green leaves. From early to midsummer through early fall, at the tips of every stem are 6-8\" spikes similar in appearance to snapdragons bearing 1\" tubular, pure-white, two-lipped flowers that the hummingbirds, butterflies, and beneficial pollinators will immensely appreciate and thank you for.
