As with all other roses, this one requires morning sun to dry the morning dew from their leaves, which prevent foliar diseases. Some afternoon shade or filtered sun is fine. We suggest 6 hours of direct sunlight per day for best flowering. No pruning is required however the plants responds well to it. Deadheading spent flowers will encourage quicker and heavier rebloom throughout the seasons. In late winter to early spring, the bush can be cut back to half its height before new growth begins to emerge in late winter or very early spring.
