Its smaller size lends well to growing as a large shrub or lower branches can be removed to form a very attractive small tree. The fragrant blue-green leaves are very \"skinny\" on this one, hence the name, and provide a unique, soft texture all its own in the landscape. What's more, the smooth bark with silver to cream furrows peels off a cinnamon color to reveal white underbark. It is a beautiful, delicate eucalyptus variety, and a nice addition to my patio. The fragrance is not strong. More of an after note, but lovely. Perhaps the size or location affects the scent.
