Its finely dissected, 7-lobed, ribbon-like leaves are brick-red against green stems in spring, which is a lovely contrast. The leaves transition to green with bronze during summer and then to attractive shades of yellow and orange during fall. No one has enough long term experience with this one to know its mature size, but we've heard 4 to 5 feet tall and equally as wide at 10 years of age. We're estimating maybe 6 to 8 feet tall and equally as wide at maturity. Spend some time picking a very special spot in the landscape for this one.
