RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Royal Horticultural Society, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized products, clearance items, gift cards, and products marked as non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
