Heat and humidity resistant and cold hardy to 15F, Bronze Orange will surely add a reblooming bounty of color, texture, and a taste of the tropics to the landscape or garden.
Landscape & Garden Uses
Growing 3 to 4 feet tall and 2 feet wide, the Cannova BronzeOrange Canna Lily is ideal for accenting smaller garden beds or as an upright centerpiece in containers or seasonal flower beds. It can be planted in groupings where space allows. It is a fine addition to perennial gardens, orange-themed gardens, tropical-look gardens, wet-soil gardens, and butterfly and hummingbird gardens.
Spacing: 18 to 24 inches apart for mass plantings or as a solid border edger; 48 inches or more for space between plants
Growing Preferences
Canna Lilies are exceptionally easy to grow when planted right and in the right spot. Though they will perform well in various soil types and conditions, they prefer moist, well-drained soil of average fertility. They will thrive in wet soils but not standing water. Six or more hours of direct sunlight is suggested for the best flowering and overall performance. Canna Lilies don't require deadheading, but removing spent flowers keeps the blooms coming through the season.
