Belonging to the Candy Store Phlox Series, 'Creme Drop' Garden Phlox certainly lives up to its name. From mid to late summer, it features abundant clusters of long-lasting, lovely, deliciously fragrant salmon-pink flowers that contrast beautifully with the dark stems they are perched atop, resulting in a stunning floral display that the hummingbirds, butterflies, and other beneficial pollinators will be sure to notice and appreciate. Each flower has a contrasting dark rose-pink eye. It forms an attractive clump of uptight stems clothed in dark green leaves that have shown good resistance to disease in our gardens. Excellent as an accent in sunny smaller garden spaces or groupings where space allows in larger sunny perennial borders and garden beds. A fine choice for planting around patios and other outdoor sitting and living spaces where the fragrance and butterflies and hummingbirds feeding can be enjoyed from close up.

The Candy Store Garden Phlox series, from the Netherlands, was bred specifically for its compact habit, attractive leaf and flower coloration, and good disease resistance. 

Growing 18 to 24 inches tall and equally as wide, Coral Creme Drop Garden Phlox is ideal for use as an accent in smaller garden spaces or in groupings where space allows in sunny perennial borders and garden beds. Plant near patios and other outdoor sitting spaces where the pretty fragrant flowers and butterflies and hummingbirds feeding can be enjoyed from close up. It is a fine addition cottage gardens, fragrance gardens, hummingbird and butterfly gardens, and pink theme gardens.

Coral Creme Drop Garden Phlox is very easy to grow in moist but well-drained soil of average fertility in full sun to mostly sun. For the best flowering and overall performance, we suggest at least 6 hours or more of direct sunlight per day. Morning sun is a must to dry the dew from leaves. Care and maintenance are minimal. Feed in spring with organic plant food. Spent flower clusters can be removed if desired.
