Description

The smallest Eupatorium growing in our gardens, 'Baby Joe' reaches maybe 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide, making it a perfect choice for smaller garden spaces. Like it's larger growing cousins, this North American Native produces large 10 inch diameter dome-shape clusters of purple to mauve-purple flowers all summer long and into early fall. The butterflies will thank you for planting this one. Baby Joe grows bushier than the species with tighter flower clusters that put on a spectacular show in the summer garden. Erect stems are clothed in lance-shaped dark green leaves that contrast nicely with the purple stems.
